I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
All the prices are in USD.
You will only receive digital files of the commissioned work. No physical copies will be delivered to you.
Submitting a form does not guarantee a slot. My commissions are not first come first serve.
Delivery time can vary between 1 to 8 weeks (or more) depending on difficulty, quality and real life engagements. Please do not commission me if you're not fine with waiting at least 2 months for your commission to be finished.
If you need your commission finished before a certain date, contact me before submitting a form to confirm if I can complete your commission on time.
Priority Fee: +30% fee. This is if you want to skip the waitlist and current queue (not rush).
Prices may increase overtime.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
No refunds or chargebacks. Please do not commission me if you do not have the finances to do so.
If I cancel your commission myself, I will provide a full refund regardless of the progression of your commission.
If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid after a week, I will cancel the commission unless there's a mutual agreement regarding the delay.
revisions
YCH commissions: no sketches, no revisions.
Changing/updating your references are only allowed when I have not started with your commission. Please check the Queue List for your commission status first!
Sketch: 3 Revisions. Rendering: 1 Revision. Touch Up: 1 Minor Revision.
Extra revisions after that would cost $10 each.
I won't take any responsibility for mistakes that may occur due to lack of references (or outdated), or poor descriptions.
PAYMENTS
Payments are made thru PayPal and Ko-fi.
GCash will be accepted but limited to people I know personally.
Commission will only be started once upfront payment (50%) is received.
The final work will only be delivered once the rest of the payment is received.
Any additional charges (rush fees, revisions, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.
Tips are greatly appreciated but never required!

All commissioned work are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Commercial use would cost extra.
I hold all the rights for the commissioned work and not the commissioner. I can post my works on social media and my portfolio. Private Commission: +30% fee.
Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as you give proper credits (personal and commercial use). I require my clients to credit my Twitter @fyrekori or Twitch @fyresiege properly in their Twitch panels and posts.
Stream asset commissions (only emotes, badges, and screens) are created solely for the commissioner. You may use it on your own platforms and for profit in the form of subscriptions. Resale of commissioned work, especially models, is not permitted.
If the client requests characters of IPs not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible for the use of commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.
Works made by Fyre are not authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

2x price for Digital / Branding / Business Use: YT thumbnails, banner, video content, business logo, song cover etc. Minimum $30.
3x price for Printed / Physical Use: merchandise, stickers, pins, book cover, keychains, etc. Minimum $50.

commission process
Fill out commission form. Provide all the information needed and clear references. Lack of references that majorly affects the output will lead to additional fees or cancellation. If possible, include a mock up.
Wait for confirmation. I will contact you within 72 hours for a confirmation whether I will take your commission or not.
Invoice. Once confirmation is received, clients should pay 50% of the total. Failure to pay within a week after receiving the invoice will lead to commission being canceled unless there's a mutual agreement regarding the delay.
Sketch. Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketching phase. I will send you the sketch until it gets approved. Any more revisions after the 3 will cost $10 each.
Lineart & Rendering. Only 1 revision is allowed during this phase. After approval, clients should pay the remaining fees.
Touch Up. Only 1 minor color revision is allowed during the touch up phase. Major changes such as redraw some parts, different pose, or anything that requires me to change 50% or more of the work will cost the amount of the original price.
Done! I will send the final work thru Email or GDrive. If there are extra fees unpaid, I will not send the final work until I receive all the payment.
